Our shop carries only healthy meats that contain no fillers or additives. Our in-house meat processing and services are available in our shop and we make deliveries.

Assuming ownership of our shop 5 years ago, owners Tracy and Kathy Moss strive to carry on the tradition and reputation for quality meats and services that this shop was founded on in 1988 by Russell and Gloria Bratcher. We're proud to be a part of the heritage of Russell's meats.
Our owner serves as the current president of the Northwest Meat Processors and we endeavor to keep up-to-date on our products through competitions held by the Northwest Meat Processors and American Association of Meat Processors.
